De Groningse band Orange Skyline gaat weer op tour! Na de succesvolle albums Orange Skyline (2022) en Dreams To Keep (2026), vol nummers die hun weg naar de radio vonden, kiest Orange Skyline dit keer voor een andere aanpak. De band rond de broers Stefan en Niels van der Wielen trekt in kleinere bezetting het land in en laat horen hoe hun songs klinken wanneer alles wordt teruggebracht tot de kern.
Die intieme benadering past opvallend goed bij het repertoire van de band. Ook op hun albums zocht Orange Skyline die ruimte al op, bijvoorbeeld in Poete Maudit. Tijdens deze shows krijgen bekende nummers een nieuwe lading, is er ruimte voor nieuw werk en komen de verhalen achter de liedjes dichterbij dan ooit.
The Groningen-based band Orange Skyline is going on tour again! After the successful albums Orange Skyline (2022) and Dreams To Keep (2026), full of songs that found their way to the radio, Orange Skyline is temporarily opting for a different approach. The band, centered around brothers Stefan and Niels van der Wielen, is touring the country with a smaller lineup to demonstrate how their songs sound when everything is stripped down to the core.
This intimate approach fits the band’s repertoire remarkably well. Orange Skyline already sought out this space on their albums, for example in Poete Maudit. During these shows, familiar songs take on new depth, there is room for new work, and the stories behind the songs come closer than ever.
