In February Moss’s fourth album was released, ‘We Both Know The Rest Is Noise’. It’s an exciting, adventurous pop album which, unlike its predecessor ‘Ornaments’, displays a newly found optimism. The last few years Moss performed at larger festivals such as Pinkpop, Lowlands, De Wereld Draait Buiten and Paaspop. Then bass player Jasper Verhulst decided to quit. The vacancy has been filled by Koen van de Wardt, who has brought a new liveliness to the band. Now Moss is completely ready to hit the club circuit with their beautiful new record. “With their fourth record Moss definitely belongs to the cream of the crop of the Dutch pop music.” (OOR on ‘We Both Know The Rest Is Noise’).

This alternative rock band from Amsterdam has been showing what they’re capable of for years. The band has been active since 2003 and has brought out three albums, of which ‘Unicorn Loves Deer’ (2011) is the most recent. Alamo Race Track already performed at festivals such as Noorderslag and Lowlands and has been wowing the audience with the successful theatre production ‘How Long Is Now’ by Conny Janssen Danst and the internationally celebrated show ‘Lebensraum’ by Jakop Ahlbom.

De afgelopen jaren speelde Moss op grote festivals als Pinkpop, Lowlands, De Wereld Draait Buiten en Paaspop. Dan besluit bassist Jasper Verhulst om er mee te stoppen. Die vacature is ondertussen ingevuld door Koen van de Wardt, die tevens zorgt voor een nieuw elan in de band. Nu is Moss weer helemaal klaar om het clubcircuit in te duiken met een prachtige nieuwe plaat op zak.
