Top van de Nederlandse stand-up comedy
Al sinds 1990 is Comedytrain hét keurmerk van de stand-up comedy in Nederland. Opgericht door Raoul Heertje en groot gemaakt door mannen als Theo Maassen en Hans Teeuwen. Vanuit de eigen comedyclub annex kweekvijver Toomler komen ook dit seizoen de aanstormende talenten en gevestigde namen van Comedytrain naar ons theater gedenderd. Onder leiding van een master of ceremonies (MC) laten de comedians het achterste van hun tong zien met overrompelende stand-up comedy, waarbij met scherp wordt geschoten.

At the beginning of 2026, twin sisters Loes and Renée will shake the Christmas glitter from their hair and tour together through the Netherlands with the theater concert Secrets. Besides the title track and Hout van jou — from their 2014 debut album Al zeg ik het zelf — they will also perform many new songs. Renée’s cello relentlessly lulls a song to sleep, while Loes cuts down a lover with an almost apologetic sneer in her voice. Secrets becomes one of those evenings when you leave the theater smiling, humming a song that stays with you for days.
