Middeleeuwse thriller

Aan het hof van vorst Barbarossa ontmoeten we de alchemist Castiglio. Hij is helemaal niet succesvol in zijn zoektocht naar goud en kennis, want dat is wat alchemisten doen. Tot op een dag… dan wordt hij gegrepen door de kracht van een klank, van een melodie. Zo gaat hij op zoek naar het mysterie van de muziek. Uiteindelijk ‘vindt’ hij 26 hypnotiserende tropoi: melodieën die verliefd maken, ziek, vrolijk, droef of rijk. Al gauw wordt de magiër-componist wereldberoemd! FroeFroe duikt in de magische wereld van de middeleeuwen. En dat doen ze met beeld, muziek, zang, vormgeving, acteursspel en mooi poppenspel.
