Black metal band MAYHEM celebrates its fortieth anniversary
Als pioniers van de Noorse black metal staat MAYHEM al sinds de jaren 80 bekend om hun compromisloze geluid en duistere energie. Met een vaste bezetting, technisch vakmanschap en een enorme toewijding aan extremiteit blijft MAYHEM op het podium een erg sterke kracht. De rauwe intensiteit van vroege klassiekers als De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas klinkt nog altijd door in hun huidige shows, waarin ook recenter werk als Daemon een plek heeft gekregen. Wereldwijd erkend bewijst de band na veertig jaar nog steeds waarom ze één van de belangrijkste namen in het genre zijn. Tijdens deze tour hebben fans de mogelijkheid om als eerste te ervaren dat er een nieuw hoofdstuk lijkt aan te breken…
