Klassieke lunchconcerten:

Aanstormend klassiek muziektalent zit (bijna) iedere woensdag voor u klaar in Het Café in De Oosterpoort om uw middagmaal muzikaal te omlijsten. De lunchconcerten worden in samenwerking met het Noord Nederlands Orkest georganiseerd.

Docenten Fie Schouten (basklarinet) en Femke IJlstra (altsaxofoon) van het Prins Claus Conservatorium spelen samen met studenten: Kim Bosch (hobo), Alvaro Celis (klarinet), Astrid Boekel (altsax), Simon Karremans (basklarinet) & Akkelyn Bouma (fagot).

De toegang is gratis en u hoeft niet te reserveren.

Er is geen horecavoorziening tijdens de lunchconcerten.
Het staat u uiteraard  geheel vrij om uw eigen meegebrachte eten en drinken te nuttigen tijdens deze concerten.

Besides the title track and Hout van jou — from their 2014 debut album Al zeg ik het zelf — they will also perform many new songs. Renée’s cello relentlessly lulls a song to sleep, while Loes cuts down a lover with an almost apologetic sneer in her voice. Secrets becomes one of those evenings when you leave the theater smiling, humming a song that stays with you for days.
