Na bijna twintig jaar, vijf albums, talloze festivals en optredens in de grootste zalen van Nederland komt Chef’Special in het voorjaar van 2027 nog één keer in de oorspronkelijke bezetting naar De Oosterpoort. De show maakt deel uit van de laatste clubtour van de vijf vrienden, voordat gitarist, songschrijver en producer Guido Joseph afscheid neemt van de band.
Sinds Chef’Special in 2008 begon, groeide de Haarlemse band uit tot een van de meest herkenbare en energieke livebands van Nederland. Met een mix van pop, rock, funk, reggae en hiphop en hits uit albums als One For The Mrs., Passing Through, Amigo, Unfold en New Gold bouwde de band een groot en trouw publiek op.
In 2027 krijgt het podium een extra betekenis. Het wordt de laatste kans om Chef’Special in deze vertrouwde bezetting live in De Oosterpoort te zien. Verwacht een avond vol energie, muzikaliteit en de verbondenheid met het publiek waar de band al jaren om bekendstaat.
After nearly twenty years, five albums, countless festivals and performances at some of the biggest venues in the Netherlands, Chef’Special will return to De Oosterpoort one more time in spring 2027 with their original line-up. The show is part of the five friends’ final club tour together before guitarist, songwriter and producer Guido Joseph leaves the band.
Since forming in 2008, the Haarlem-based band has grown into one of the Netherlands’ most distinctive and energetic live acts. Blending pop, rock, funk, reggae and hip-hop, and with hits from albums such as One For The Mrs., Passing Through, Amigo, Unfold and New Gold, Chef’Special has built a large and loyal following.
In 2027, the show will carry extra significance. It will be the final chance to see Chef’Special live at De Oosterpoort in this familiar line-up. Expect an evening full of energy, musicianship and the strong connection with their audience that the band has been known for throughout the years.
