Onze succesvolle serie ‘Yoga in Concert’ krijgt dit seizoen een vervolg. De lessen, verzorgd door yogi, gitarist en schrijver Jan Kuiper, worden live begeleid door klassieke musici, die als introductie, tijdens de les en bij de slotontspanning zorgen voor muzikale momenten. Er wordt aandacht besteed aan asanas (houdingen), pranayama (ademhalingsoefeningen) en meditatie (ontspanning). De inhoud van de lessen is geschikt voor alle niveaus, dus ook beginners zijn van harte welkom.
