Ierse rockband Inhaler bestaat uit schoolvrienden Elijah Hewson (ja, de zoon van Bono), Robert Keating, Josh Jenkinson en Ryan McMahon. Hun debuutalbum It Won’t Always Be Like This was een regelrechte schot in de roos. Het werd het snelst verkopende debuutalbum op vinyl van deze eeuw en bracht ze naar festivals als Glastonbury en Pinkpop. Het wat volwassenere Cuts & Bruises zette de triompftocht voort en vestigde de band met hun mix van stevige gitaren met aanstekelijke meezingbare refreinen definitief.
Vorig jaar zag derde album Open Wide het licht en had de Ierse indierockband haar eigen show in de Ziggo Dome. Fans van het eerste uur hebben de band misschien nog gezien in 2020 op Eurosonic Noorderslag. 22 Juni zijn de Ieren terug in Groningen voor een show in De Oosterpoort!

The more mature follow-up Cuts & Bruises continued their rise, firmly establishing the band with their blend of driving guitars and infectious, singalong choruses.
Last year saw the release of their third album Open Wide, along with their own headline show at the Ziggo Dome. Longtime fans may remember catching the band back in 2020 at Eurosonic Noorderslag. On June 22, the Irish quartet returns to Groningen for a show at De Oosterpoort!
