Pieter Van Dessel brak in 2013 door met Marble Sounds dankzij de Belpopklassieker ‘Leave A Light On’ en groeide sindsdien uit tot een vaste waarde in de Belgische indiepop. Met het titelloze album uit 2022 oogstte Marble Sounds lof in binnen- en buitenland. Het nieuwste album van Marble Sounds neemt je mee terug naar de jaren 80, waar de weelderige indie-sound plaatsmaakt voor pure pop met een elektronische twist.
Pieter Van Dessel broke through in 2013 with Marble Sounds, thanks to the Belpop classic Leave A Light On, and has since become a fixture in the Belgian indie pop scene. With their self-titled 2022 album, Marble Sounds received critical acclaim both at home and abroad. Their latest release takes listeners back to the 1980s, where lush indie sounds give way to pure pop infused with an electronic twist.
