Matthew and the Atlas is het project van de Britse singer-songwriter Matt Hegarty. In de afgelopen vijftien jaar bracht hij zeven albums uit, waarop hij moeiteloos schakelt tussen folk, elektronica en alternatieve rock. Hij tourde door Europa en de Verenigde Staten met onder meer Mumford & Sons, Bear’s Den en The Civil Wars, en werd door Q Magazine omschreven als de ‘Britse Bon Iver’.
Dit najaar viert Hegarty het tienjarig jubileum van de albums Temple en Temple Unplugged. Samen met vaste muzikale partners Emma Gatrill en Alex Roberts brengt hij Temple Unplugged integraal ten gehore in de intieme sfeer waarin het album oorspronkelijk werd opgenomen, aangevuld met publieksfavorieten uit het Matthew and the Atlas-repertoire.

AK Patterson is een singer-songwriter en multi-instrumentalist uit Londen wiens muziek rauwe eerlijkheid combineert met beklijvende schoonheid. Patterson staat bekend om haar onverschrokken verkenning van duistere en complexe thema’s en creëert liedjes die hoop vinden in de meest sombere hoeken van het menselijk bestaan.
Matthew and the Atlas is the project of British singer-songwriter Matt Hegarty. Over the past fifteen years, he has released seven albums, effortlessly moving between folk, electronica and alternative rock. He has toured across Europe and the United States with artists including Mumford & Sons, Bear’s Den and The Civil Wars, and was once described by Q Magazine as the “British Bon Iver”.
This autumn, Hegarty celebrates the tenth anniversary of the albums Temple and Temple Unplugged. Joined by long-time collaborators Emma Gatrill and Alex Roberts, he will perform Temple Unplugged in full, recreating the intimate atmosphere in which the album was originally recorded, alongside fan favourites from the Matthew and the Atlas catalogue.
