Some bands sound as if they have stepped straight out of another decade. The three siblings Kitty, Daisy & Lewis from London move effortlessly between R&B, blues, ska and rock ’n’ roll, and have spent years building their own distinctive analogue sound. On October 18, these multi-instrumentalists come to De Oosterpoort.

Since their breakthrough with Mean Son of A Gun, the trio has grown into an established name with four albums, including The Third, produced by Mick Jones (The Clash), and the recent Superscope. The siblings have played festivals such as Glastonbury and Bestival, and have supported acts including Mark Ronson and Coldplay. They have also found success in record stores, selling over 250,000 albums worldwide. Live, they constantly switch both genre and instrument, allowing their shows to move smoothly between jazz, ska, country and raw rhythm & blues.
