Joe Purdy is een Amerikaanse singer-songwriter uit Arkansas en letterlijk bekend van TV. In 2001 verruilde hij Arkansas voor Californië, waar hij piano leerde spelen en begon met het schrijven van liedjes. Niet lang daarna brak bij door met het nummer Wash Away, dat gebruikt werd in een aflevering van de serie Lost. Zijn muziek is tevens te horen in de series Greys Anatomy en House.

Joe Purdy is an American singer-songwriter from Arkansas and literally of TV fame. In 2001, he swapped Arkansas for California, where he was taught to play the piano and started writing songs. Not long after, he broke through with the track Wash Away, which was used in an episode of the series Lost. His music also features in the series Grey’s Anatomy and House.
