Europe’s leading platform for emerging music talent
ESNS is hét Europese platform voor opkomend muzikaal talent. Elk jaar in januari verandert Groningen in het kloppende hart van de Europese muziekindustrie, wanneer ESNS haar showcasefestival en muziekconferentie organiseert. De laatste dag staat in het teken Noorderslag, al sinds 1986 de graadmeter voor de Nederlandse popmuziek. Ook dit jaar is De Oosterpoort de thuisbasis van Noorderslag.
Op zaterdag 16 januari staat in De Oosterpoort een mix van nieuw talent en gevestigde namen op het podium. De eerste bevestigde namen zijn Elmer, Milolaathetlukken, Mula, RADIO Z, Hondenfokker, Langa, Otto Club, Eskalatie, FEMI en Ontaard. En uiteraard wordt de Popprijs uitgereikt. Noorderslag vormt traditiegetrouw de afsluitende festivaldag van ESNS en biedt een podium aan de nieuwste generatie Nederlandse artiesten
Start kaartverkoop en ticketinformatie
ESNS27 vindt plaats van 13 tot en met 16 januari in Groningen. Van woensdag tot en met vrijdag zijn tijdens Eurosonic Europese artiesten te zien op verschillende locaties in de stad. Noorderslag vindt plaats op zaterdag 16 januari in De Oosterpoort.
De kaartverkoop voor Eurosonic en Noorderslag start vrijdag 25 september om 12:00 uur. Festival tickets zijn vanaf die dag verkrijgbaar via esns.nl.
ESNS is Europe’s leading platform for emerging musical talent. Every January, Groningen becomes the beating heart of the European music industry when ESNS hosts its showcase festival and music conference. The final day is dedicated to Noorderslag, which has been the benchmark for Dutch pop music since 1986. Once again this year, De Oosterpoort is the home of Noorderslag.
On Saturday 16 January, De Oosterpoort will host a mix of emerging talent and established names. The first confirmed acts are Elmer, Milolaathetlukken, Mula, RADIO Z, Hondenfokker, Langa, Otto Club, Eskalatie, FEMI and Ontaard. And, of course, the prestigious Pop Prize will also be awarded. Noorderslag traditionally marks the final festival day of ESNS and provides a stage for the newest generation of Dutch artists.
Ticket sales and ticket information
ESNS27 takes place in Groningen from 13 to 16 January. From Wednesday to Friday, Eurosonic will showcase European artists at various venues across the city. Noorderslag takes place on Saturday 16 January at De Oosterpoort.
Ticket sales for Eurosonic and Noorderslag start on Friday 25 September at 12:00 noon. Festival tickets will be available from that date via esns.nl.
