Circusgezelschap Tall Tales Company en B’Rock Orchestra smelten in deze eigentijdse versie van Bachs Johannes Passion zang, muziek en circus samen tot een meeslepend totaalkunstwerk. Zang, muziek en circus smelten samen in deze meeslepende interpretatie van Bachs Johannes-Passion. B’Rock Orchestra en circusgezelschap Tall Tales Company creëerden een eigentijdse versie van een onbetwist meesterwerk uit de klassieke muziek. Componist Kalle Kalima arrangeerde een unieke kamerorkestuitvoering met vier zangers, strijkers, fluit, én een vintage synthesizer en elektrische gitaar. Vier acrobaten verbeelden in adembenemende choreografieën de thematiek uit de aria’s: compassie, spijt, verdriet en troost.
In Your Hands was vorig jaar dé hitvoorstelling van het Bachfestival en is nu te zien in het theater. Bach op het scherpst van de snede en op ongelooflijke hoogte!
