The onboarding of students at CrossWise

CrossWise organiseert verschillende activiteiten waarin studenten, professionals en coaches samenwerken om van en met elkaar te leren. Zo zijn er elk semester diverse projecten rondom vragen van SPOT afdelingen en SPOT professionals. CrossWise is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en speelse manier om studenten bij de start van zo’n project te informeren over de context van SPOT (afdelingen, rollen en taken). Hoe kunnen we de context waarin zij zullen werken op een leuke én zo effectief mogelijke manier aan de studenten uitleggen?

CrossWise organizes several activities in which students, professionals, and coaches work together to learn from and with each other. For example, each semester there are various projects related to questions from SPOT departments and SPOT professionals. CrossWise is looking for an enthusiastic and playful way to inform the students in such a project about the context of SPOT (departments, roles, and tasks) at the outset. How can we explain the context in which they will be working to the students in a fun way that is as effective as possible?
