December staat bekend als de maand van de legendarische toplijsten met de grootste klassiekers aller tijden, waaronder natuurlijk de onmiskenbare Top 2000. Dit jaarlijkse hoogtepunt is een festijn waar menig muziekliefhebber reikhalzend naar uitkijkt. Classic Hits In Concert is het evenement dat een extra dimensie toevoegt aan het grootschalige ‘feest der herkenning’ op verschillende radiozenders.
Een grote band van meer dan twintig getalenteerde muzikanten verzorgt een avondvullende show in steeds wisselende samenstellingen. De voorstelling voert het publiek mee naar ultieme meezingers, maar ook naar verrassende pareltjes uit de Top 2000. De avond staat geheel in het teken van tijdloze pop-, rock- en soulklassiekers uit de allergrootste hitlijsten.

Evergreens, one-hit-wonders, iconische gitaarsolo’s en verborgen juweeltjes volgen elkaar in hoog tempo op. De vocalisten worden aangevuld met een geroutineerde groep top-musici en mooie visuals die gezamenlijk toewerken naar een grande finale.

The show will take the audience to ultimate sing-alongs, but also to surprising gems from the Top 2000. The theme of the evening is timeless pop, rock and soul classics from the greatest hits of all.
Classic Hits In Concert also performs songs you would not expect to see live. It is a mix of recognition and surprise, always wrapped in a captivating story. Evergreens, one-hit-wonders, iconic guitar solos and hidden gems follow one another in rapid succession. A tribute to the pioneers who have held their own in the list of lists for years, with the ambition to approach the original performances as closely as possible.
